岗位职责

1.生产

• 按照生产计划，在SOP的指导下，高质量的完成规定的产量
• 记录生产数据，并协助领班收集相关生产信息
• 负责生产设备的报修和基础设施的报修

2.质量

• 根据在线检测要求对所生产的产品进行检查
• 在生产过程中不断巡检，发现潜在的质量问题及时汇报领班
• 在生产中对车台工艺状况进行检查，保持工艺的稳定性

3.安全职责

• 遵守公司和部门各种安全规章制度
• 及时报告事故，积极配合事故的处置和调查
• 积极反馈安全风险，并参与公司及部门的安全相关活动
•  坚守和执行公司的安全方针和环保政策

4.5S

• 保持生产现场的整洁和有序
• 自觉清理生产现场的废丝和垃圾
• 养成良好的5S习惯

任职要求

• 初中及以上学历
• 能吃苦耐劳，身体健康，有责任心，可接受倒班工作
