岗位职责

1．安全

- 遵守公司和部门各种安全、环保及IP等规章制度

- 报告事故，积极配合事故的处置和调查

-  积极反馈安全风险，并参与公司及部门的安全相关活动

2．质量

- 遵守SOP要求，按照规章制度操作

- 做好各种在线检测，保证生产合格的产品

- 及时发现各种潜在的质量风险并反馈上级

- 关注设备运转、工艺稳定性，发现异常及时报修

3．生产

- 按照计划下达的生产任务足额完成产量

- 当有影响产出的异常状况应及时反馈上级，减少产出损失

- 关注自动化设备的运转情况，异常状况需及时处理，无法处理需及时反馈上级

- 使用MES生产，保证生产信息完整

- 跟踪记录各种实验、生产数据

4．5S相关

- 维持、管理工作区域范围内的5S

- 工作区域内所有辅助用品、设备保持完好和清洁

5．持续改进

- 积极发现和反馈操作中遇到的安全质量问题并提出建议

6.其它：

- 完成领班安排的其他临时任务

- 完成公司组织的培训及其他活动

任职要求：

1. 初中及以上学历

2. 能吃苦耐劳，身体健康，有责任心，可接受倒班工作
