About the role

Your Impact as Internal Sales Assistant:

  • You are the primary point of contact for customers, collaborating closely with Market Managers.

  • You will process the orders, handle invoicing, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery.

  • You will identify and communicate additional sales opportunities to the sales organization.

  • You will record customer information and activities in CRM.

  • You will maintain, retrieve, and apply accurate price lists.

  • You facilitate efficient communication between Finance, Planning, and Logistics.

  • You will prepare quotations, prices, and price adjustments.

  • You collaborate with External Sales colleagues to provide top-quality service.

  • You will maintain strong customer relationships and provide accurate product information.



About You

Essential skills & competencies

  • You have experience in customer service or sales.

  • You have proficiency in SAP, CRM, and good Excel skills.

  • You are great communicator with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

  • You have strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • You have excellent communication skills in English, preferably also in Dutch any additional language is a big plus.
