For our Bekaert Fiber Technologies division (a division within the Specialty Business within Bekaert) we are looking for a Key Account and Market Manager Microcables and Conductive Solutions.

Bekaert Fiber Technologies develops metal fibres based solutions for filtration, textiles, heating, conductive plastics & burners applications ... and much more, our limits are your thoughts!

Your profile
•    You manage the sales process through frequent and close customer contact from needs analysis, proposals and price setting over negotiations towards closing the deal.
•    You focus on customers and key accounts; connect with the right decision makers in order to build customer relationships, build customers’ trust and respect while being able to challenge.
•    You grow the business through pro-active prospect and lead management towards potential customers and markets. 

•    You build deep insights in the related market, customers, products and applications.
•    You provide monthly forecasting, reporting and deliver on sales results.
•    You work closely together with Internal & Inside Sales, Planning & Operations, R&D and Strategy & Marketing. 
•    You seek for understanding on the customer needs for existing and potential customers. Convert opportunities into new business following a structured roadmap.
•    You apply a value selling approach. 

Your role 

•    You have several years of experience within sales and within an international context. 
•    You are strong in account management, key account management and business development management.  
•    You feel comfortable in value selling & negotiation. 

•    You have an entrepreneurial mindset.

•    You like to work in a high technology environment.

•    You have strong analytical skills and can make sound decisions.

•    You are a digital savvy.

•    You are eager to learn.
•    You are a teamplayer and communicate, connect and collaborate well with colleagues and other departments. 
•    You speak fluent English. Any other language is an asset.
