As “Technical Lead – Intelligent Automation” you be at the forefront of delivering projects that identify, design, and implement robotics process solutions You shall orchestrate and deliver viable solutions for our businesses by translating strategies into action, reducing risk, and achieving enterprise-wide strategic objectives


You will join us as Intelligent automation Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for leading design and practices related to Automation solutions including (but not limited to) Cognitive Automation, Robotic Process Automation and Digital Signatures. You are accountable to partner with technical, functional, and business peers to guide the solution design efforts best suited to meet business objectives.






As a Technical Lead (Intelligent Automation) across enterprise, you will leverage the technical and leadership skills to provide technical oversight and management to support the RPA COE in ensuring RPA tools, development efforts, and production are in compliance with COE and Organizational IT requirements.You will collaborate with concerned teams to design and develop intelligent automation solutions that provide the agility, reliability, efficiency and gain new capabilities leading to best-in-class customer experience.


Main Responsibilities of Technical Lead – Intelligent Automation are:


  • Serve as the RPA COE technical interface with Organization IT
  • Design, and implement automation solutions utilizing advanced technologies that meet or exceed business requirements.
  • Subject matter expert for technologies that provide intelligent automation capabilities; stay updated on evolving trends in the intelligent automation industry.
  • Support in solution design documentation that adheres to the Cognitive Automation, Robotic Process Automation delivery methodology in accordance with standard design principles, conventions, and best practices.
  • Leverage Process Definition Documents to capture all the business process steps in solution designs and consider accompanying factors such as recoverability, scalability, resilience, and case management to ensure solution designs meet all requirements.
  • Review code quality and  compliance and reuse and ensure code complies with RPA architectural standards
  • Responsible and accountable for maintaining the RPA Object Library
  • Supports automation opportunity identification and assessment activities
  • Lead problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, troubleshooting, and reporting defects
  • Creates and maintains documentation to support role responsibilities for training, cross-training and disaster recovery
  • Serve as primary monitor of RPA control room to execute automations efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain/monitor RPA environments (Dev/Test/Prod)
  • Review and ensure automation runbooks are complete and maintained
  • Working and communicating with various parts of the business to define detailed and exact requirements required for solution implementation.
  • Serve as a liaison between architecture, developers, business analysts, solution development, project managers, network infrastructure, server engineering, and support teams.
  • Work closely with appropriate teams and vendors to provide the technical bridge that ensures impact, risk, and value are properly understood by stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project teams to ensure approved solutions architecture and design are understood and followed; evaluate and make recommendations for change requests.




Education, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
  • 9+ years of overall experience, 5+ years into RPA (Design, Build and Operate) with a deep knowledge in Cognitive Automation, Robotic Process Automation, Digtial Signatures
  • Adept at process assessments for end-to-end process automation and understands applications of intelligent automation in different business domains.
  • Demonstrated Ability to design and maintaining solution architecture and technical roadmaps for intelligent automation capabilities using an effective, agile approach.
  • Expertise in at least one of market leading RPA platforms such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, UI Path and deep understanding of technology and architecture concepts
  • Good understanding of security best practices including OAuth2, SAML protocols and various aspects of data security.
  • Solid fundamentals with hands-on experience with Javascript, C#, Java, Winbatch and with exposure to Python.
  • Ability to work across multiple tools, frameworks, databases (Oracle/MS SQL/Mongo) and technology stacks.
  • Exposure to the public cloud (Azure) – preferably architectural experience using cloud-based constructs.
  • Experience with software requirements development
  • Experience with software programming, macro development, and/or automation tools
  • Experience with Process Improvement/Optimization
  • Experience with the Waterfall and Agile software development processes
