About the role

Your Impact as Commercial Manager Conveyor Belt Solutions:


  • Understanding the customer’s business goals and communicating them internally to relevant stakeholders.
  • Defining a long-term Key Account Plan for major customers and aligning initiatives with the key priorities of the customer.
  • Developing solid relationships within the organization and with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Driving new initiatives and innovation to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Gathering customer and competitor intelligence data to give full transparency of the market.
  • Understanding the strategic intent of key players, market priorities, and competitor developments.
  • Using appropriate tools to gather, document, and analyze needs and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the Global Business Development Director to define the pricing strategy.



To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of delivering results in a customer-facing role, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. You should also have a strong business acumen and a passion for innovation and growth. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is necessary, along with experience in Key Account Management or a related field.



About You

Essential skills & competencies


  • Holding a bachelor degree in engineering or business.
  • Having some years of experience in a commercial roles with a company active in conveyor belts market (mining, power, cement).
  • Being constantly curious and passionate about developments and updating your knowledge.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Communicating effectively with all kinds of stakeholders, and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, striving for the best results.
  • Being fluent in English, with proficiency in any additional languages being a plus.
  • Being willing to travel as required to support business objectives, (50% of the time).
