About the role
Your Impact as ‘Digital Product Manager’:
- You define the vision for digital marketing and customer engagement in close collaboration with business development leaders, product owners and commercial leaders of the different divisions (business units)
- You define corporate guidelines that drive standardization and scalability for speed to market, balanced with business specific needs key for market differentiation You translate the vision in a concrete roadmap. You own and execute it across all divisions to drive our commercial digital transformation and to realize the value identified. You monitor, follow up, and steer the process.
- You are instrumental in shaping the future of digital marketing and customer engagement for the Bekaert Group.
- You are part of the global Customer Strategy and Performance team.
- You provide organizational leadership, direction and coaching to marketing managers, product owners and impacted stakeholders, to build and improve their capabilities and competences, to run their digital business, to drive adoption and to realize the identified value.
- You encourage cross-digital coordination of digital product tracks to break down silos and strive for a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
- You ensure an efficient and agile collaboration in the digital team (business, functions, and strategic partners).
- You manage and influence stakeholder alignment, acting as a domain expert.
- You support the IT product managers, solution architects and development teams on a functional level.
- You support and guide the use case implementations and change management needs.
- You are passionate about online marketing, web and social media engagement and understanding how those tools can make a difference in a B2B and B2B2C environment. You continuously keep yourself up to date with the evolution in the digital commercial domain and leverage best practices within the Bekaert Group through your internal and external network.
About You
Essential skills & competences:
- You hold a master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant B2B and B2C experience in digital marketing management.
- You have experience with agile project management practices. Experience in working in a SAFe configuration is a plus.
- You have a proven track record in digital use case development and implementation and a relentless focus on value creation.
- You have an open and creative mind to develop innovative and impactful products and experiences.
- You have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of marketing processes, being able to work closely with IT, to translate business needs into effective solutions.
- You have good influencing and change management skills – you ask critical questions when needed – you proactively seek alignment with stakeholders to be able to drive adoption and change forward.
- You speak fluent English.
