About the role

As the Global Head of Filtration, you will be responsible for driving the Filtration vision, strategy, and execution to grow the business to double its size via organic and non-organic (bold) moves. You will define a bold differentiating strategy for business growth in the scaler segment Filtration, including developing a holistic understanding of the value chain in key end markets, finding Power adopters, and developing business intelligence, customer insights, and competitor trends. You will also be responsible for developing a winning Filtration team with high performers and strong succession pipeline.

Your Impact as Global Head of Filtration 

• Develop a Filtration vision, strategy, and drive execution to double business growth via organic and non-organic moves. Able to translate into a X+5/X+10 financial plan, identify needed capex and resource capabilities
• Define where to play and how to win, resulting in a product/service roadmap aligned with market needs. Keep contact with key customers in the segment to understand their ambitions and reflect them in the roadmap
• Lead product development with innovation alignment and develop a winning Filtration team.
• Understand the business within the group and industry context and articulate evolving priorities for the business. Build relationship with non-buying parties in the value chain and the broader eco-system to make sure trends/needs are captures in a timely way
• Set performance indicators, track performance against targets, and take accountability for decisions.
• Possess a strong background in Filtration sector or adjacent markets and demonstrate expertise in strategy and/or strategic marketing.
• Have experience growing niche businesses into larger ones and display a strong commitment towards sustainability.
• Proven experience in driving technology innovation in product development and leveraging digital capabilities.
• Experience in creating successful partnerships, joint ventures, and managing teams.

Essential skills & competences

• Relevant Market Experience. Possesses a strong background in Filtration sector – or adjacent markets.
• Strategy & Marketing. Demonstrated expertise in strategy and/or strategic marketing (business modelling, market segmentation, portfolio management, value pricing, etc...). Able to define bold strategies to enable business growth and to lead their execution.
• Sustainable Growth Leadership. Has experience growing niche businesses into larger ones. Displays strong commitment towards sustainability.
• Digital & Technology. Proven experience in driving technology innovation in product development and leveraging digital capabilities
• Experience in creating successful partnerships, joint ventures, etc. Able to network in the right industry associations and consortia.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• A commitment to sustainability
