Internal sales officer

 

Within building products we are creating value through offering solutions for concrete / road / plastering / masonry reinforcement.

As Internal sales officer, you are responsible for maximizing the customer engagement and sales in your segments – which will be spread over concrete & road reinforcement:

 

  • You are functioning as point of contact for your customers within your segment – with whom you will interact to assure orders can be handled & delivered on time, as well to assure all payment / credit conditions are met. You will work closely together with the external sales person & supply chain to assure high service levels to your customers.
  • You help the business grow through remote prospect and lead management towards potential customers. Your understanding of our products and applications allow you to partner up and build strong relationships with our (potential) customers.
  • You build up deep insight in the market, customers, product and applications.
  • You work in a true ‘better together spirit’ with your sales team colleagues as well as with the other stakeholders within the organization to serve our customers in the most effective way.
  • As accountable for your dedicated customer portfolio within the region, you work with a high degree of autonomy, supported and coached by your sales manager.
