Purpose and Mission
Responsible for supporting the entire office or a designated function or department. by completing
administrative and operational tasks.
Handling general administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling, answering phones, editing
documents, and coordinating office logistics.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize files, records, and databases while ensuring the confidential handling of sensitive information.
- Manage calendars by scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and departmental events, while effectively prioritizing conflicting requests.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa applications; prepare itineraries and manage travel expenses.
- Attend team and department meetings, follow up on action points, and ensure deadlines are respected.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison between team members.
- Support ad hoc projects, including research, data analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration when needed.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate office equipment when required.

Previous Experience
Proven work experience as a Management Assistant
Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor degree or additional qualifications in Office Administration
