Purpose and Mission

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless, reliable, and cost‑efficient global supply operations. You will coordinate short‑term and mid‑term planning activities, align production across 7 global manufacturing sites, support logistics flows, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

This position offers a unique opportunity to operate at the heart of a global supply chain, delivering products to over 110 countries. Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • 1. Short‑Term Planning & Supply Execution (Dramix Business – 90%)

    • Lead monthly forecast alignment with the global sales organization (150+ sellers across all regions).
    • Build and maintain short‑term production plans in close cooperation with 7 global manufacturing sites.
    • Own the rolling three‑month constrained S&OP plan (M+3), ensuring optimal balance between demand, capacity, and inventory.
    • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics flows for the EU hub in line with regional requirements.
    • Manage trading and sourcing operations with selected strategic suppliers.

     

    2. Container Transport & Freight Management

    • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for freight forwarders handling ~4,000 containers annually across the globe.
    • Develop long‑term capacity and booking strategies; align with Procurement on freight partner selection and performance.
    • Resolve short‑term disruptions and propose alternative routings to safeguard customer service.
    • Connect regions, plants, and logistics partners to continuously optimize maritime transport flows.

     

    3. Forecasting Excellence & System Improvements

    • Work closely with commercial and regional supply teams to validate short‑ and mid‑term requirements.
    • Optimize stock‑build strategies, cost‑to‑serve performance, and landed costs.
    • Contribute to improvements in planning systems, data quality, digital workflows, and reporting tools.

     

    4. Warehousing & Inventory Optimization

    • Drive initiatives to enhance landed‑cost efficiency and inventory accuracy.
    • Act as operational interface with central procurement on supplier performance, cost reduction, and process improvements.

     

Qualifications & Profile

  • Education

    • Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

     

    Experience

    • Experience in forecasting, logistics, procurement, or supply planning is a plus — strong graduates are also encouraged to apply.

     

    Skills

    • Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.
    • Experience with SAP, Excel, and preferably Power BI.
