What could burst the bubble?  

•    Experience: 2-5 years in an international (preferably technical/industrial) environment 
•    Need to have skills: knowledge of Belgian labour market, sourcing channels, interviewing techniques, a go – get attitude, customer & applicant-oriented style, energetic, dynamic, ...
•    Language: Full professional level of English (Dutch is a bonus)
