About the role

As Senior TA Partner, you will be the driving force behind our recruitment process, managing the full cycle from A-Z. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, source top-tier candidates, and ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved. Your expertise will shine through in every step. Additionally, you will have the chance to engage in international recruitment, expanding our talent pool and supporting our global growth.

Your Impact as ‘Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner’:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial request to offer/contracting, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source top talent: Identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions: Develop job postings that accurately reflect the role and appeal to potential candidates.
  • Conduct screening interviews: Lead interviews, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate offer process: Handle all aspects of the offer process, including negotiations and contract preparation.
  • Engage in international recruitment: Expand our talent pool by supporting international recruitment efforts, including understanding visa processes and global talent sourcing.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates, maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Involvement in different projects: Participate in various recruitment-related projects, such as employer branding initiatives, diversity and inclusion strategies, and the development of recruitment best practices.

About you

Essential skills & competencies

  • Passion for talent acquisition: A genuine passion for connecting with people and finding the right talent for each position.
  • Extensive recruitment experience: At least 5-7 years of comprehensive recruitment experience, including both technical and non-technical roles.
  • International recruitment knowledge: Basic understanding of international recruitment practices, including visa processes and global talent sourcing.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a diverse range of candidates and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and initiative: A proactive approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate challenges with creativity and resilience.
  • Collaboration and teamwork: Experience working in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships with hiring managers and team members.
