As Digital Marketing Manager, you are responsible for implementing the Building Products digital roadmap.

 

What you bring:

 

Digital marketing projects:

  • Roll out and upgrade marketing automation initiatives.
  • Lead website development / redesign projects
  • Define and integrate all existing digital platforms (CRM, Marketo, Showpad, Webinargeek)
  • Define and implement optimal digital channel mix to achieve business goals;
  • Benchmark BPR's digital marketing activities vs. relevant references (existing and emerging trends, other companies ...)

 

Operational program management:

  • Set up and run lead nurturing programs per target audience based on their respective customer journeys;
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, on all channels;
  • Measure and report performance vs. KPIs through channel- and program-specific dashboards;
  • Identify improvement opportunities, defining and implementing action plans for their realisation.

 

BPR Customer Portal management:

  • Ensure users have meaningful interactions on an optimized UX;
  • Conduct regular SEO, SEA, UX / CX analysis to monitor and improve the portal's effectiveness and ROI.

 

Social Media channel management:

  • Design and implement global social media strategy. Our current platforms include Linkedin and Facebook.
  • Analyze and report on SMA, SMO, onsite behavior and channel performance;
  • Execute SM campaigns, monitor and report results;
  • Define and implement social selling plan.

 

Other tasks:

  • Serve as digital marketing expert in relevant business development and innovation projects.
  • Coordinate external agencies in relevant projects, e.g. IT developers, media …

 

 

 What we ask for:

 

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience developing and implementing digital marketing programs - customer journey mapping & prioritisation, digital & social media marketing & publishing, website management, lead generation and nurturing, data analysis, dashboard setup and optimisation …
  • Successful track record in delivering leads through digital channels
  • Experienced user of marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo / Adobe EC, Salesforce), analytics (e.g. Google, Adobe), CMS/WCM.
  • Customer-centric data driven mindset
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative in nature, able to work with and align internal and external stakeholders in various businesses and regions.
  • Well organized, strong attention to detail, able to manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work in diverse and international teams as well as independently.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages are an asset.
