Market Manager Masonry

As a Market Manager Masonry, you lead the sales process for masonry reinforcement for the EMEA region, with initial focus on the Benelux. 

 

Your role

  • You are able to create value for our customers and the entire chain, through a deep understanding of the business of your customers and thanks to your strong project consultancy and advisory skills. You create and implement account plans to make their business stronger. 
  • You articulate solutions and demonstrate the realized value of our products. You support the customer project leads by convincing third party stakeholders of the customers’ solution and ensure job site support. 
  • You gather further insights of new evolutions in the market during your sales journey, to help grow the business.
  • You are accountable for your dedicated geographical area or accounts and work with a high degree of autonomy, but supported and coached by your manager. 
  • You manage the objectives; you provide monthly forecasting and reporting.  
  • You follow-up on receivables and facilitate credit control.

 

Your profile 

  • You hold a Master in economics, marketing or business administration. 
  • You have profound sales experience and in addition experience in channel management. Experience in the world of construction or masonry is considered a plus. 
  • You have a strong analytical mind in order to come to well-prepared business proposals. 
  • You can think along on a strategic level and bring ideas to strengthen the business. 
  • You have a good technical understanding, and an interest and motivation to learn about our solutions & products. 
  • You are eager to develop yourself within the commercial domain.
  • You work in a systematic way.
  • You are a team player. You have strong communication and influencing skills.
  • You are ambitious and result oriented.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally.
