Purpose and Mission

Perform payroll calculation, payment and other relevant tasks in compliance with company requirements. Design and continuously optimize payroll processes, drive process standardization, and deliver efficient, high-quality payroll services.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

1. Conduct all activities relating to payroll calculation and disbursement in accordance with company requirements, including but not limited to:按公司要求执行与薪资计算及发放相关的各种活动,包括但不限于:
  - Execute payroll calculation in the HR system 在人力资源系统中执行工资计算过程
  -  Process salary payment and distribute payslips 薪资支付及发放工资单
  - Submit declarations for social security, housing fund and individual income tax 社保、公积金及个人所得税的申报等
  - Provide standard payroll related reports 提供标准薪资报表                    

2. Drive the restructuring and continuous optimization of payroll processes in NAS&SEA non-China area, and promote the standardization of relevant calculation activities.推动北亚&东南亚的非中国区地区的薪资流程的重组与持续优化,并推动相关计算活动的标准化:
    - Understand differences in payroll calculation across countries and factories, and continuously promote standardization and optimization.
      理解各国家/各工厂薪资计算的差异,并不断推进标准化及各项优化;
  - Ensure seamless integration between payroll calculation workflows and other HR processes.

3. Act as the internal coordinator for payroll-related projects in NAS&SEA non-China area, with responsibilities including but not limited to the following:作为北亚&东南亚的非中国区地区的薪资相关的项目的内部协调人,包括但不限于完成以下项目:
    - Payroll calculation project for new countries/ new plants in NAS&SEA non China area; 新的国家/工厂的薪资项目承接;
    - Deliver new process optimization projects covering leave, attendance, payroll.  新的流程优化改善项目,包括休假、考勤、薪资相关等;
    - Serve as the liaison among internal departments to ensure seamless integration of newly launched projects across the organization. 
      作为内部各部门的对接协调人,确保新实施的项目可以在内部各部门无缝衔接                    

4. In charge of the attendance and payroll modules of Local Payroll System in NAS&SEA non-China area, continuously optimize system functions, including but not limited to:负责北亚&东南亚的非中国地区薪资系统的考勤及薪资模块,需持续优化系统功能,包括但不限于:
  - Conduct regular checks on system configurations 定期检查系统内的设置
  - Monitor and resolve exceptions related to attendance and payroll in the system 跟踪及解决系统出现的考勤及薪资的异常状况
  -  Manage and enhance functionalities that cannot be addressed via the system 管理及优化系统不能解决的功能
  - Research and learn advanced industry technologies, and optimize existing payroll calculation functions in light of the company's actual conditions    
       考察及学习市场先进技术,结合公司现状,优化及改善现有系统薪资计算功能
  - Ensure seamless integration between the payroll calculation module and other modules 确保系统里薪资计算模块与其它模块的无缝衔接
                        
5. Ensure all salary, benefits and local incentive schemes comply with applicable laws and regulations:
    确保所有薪资/福利/当地奖励活动符合相关法律法规:
    - Ensure salary, benefits and local incentive schemes comply with national and local laws and regulations.
      确保薪资/福利/当地奖励活动符合国家和当地法律法规
    - Ensure salary, benefits and local incentive schemes comply with company policies.
      确保薪资/福利/当地奖励活动符合公司政策

Skills

  • Good skills at MS Office, experience on working with HRIS system will be a plus;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good English in reading and writing;
  • Team player
  • Good service mindset

Previous Experience

  • At least 5 years working experience at HR C&B position in foreign companies
  • Experience in Project Management will be a plus

Qualifications and Education

Bachelor or above degree
