Purpose and Mission

As Commercial Analytics Manager you are the analytical force behind how the business prices, segments, manages its portfolio and performs commercially. You build the pricing models that prevent margin leakage. You calculate the segmentation logic — including cost to serve — that tells sales where to focus. You provide the rigour behind portfolio rationalisation and optimisation. You create the dashboards and forecasts that turn commercial noise into clear decisions. You work at the crossroads of data, commercial strategy and execution in a global B2B industrial environment — collaborating with commercial teams and the corporate strategy team to capture full value from every customer interaction. A high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thinks in models and speaks in recommendations — and wants to grow into senior commercial leadership.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Building pricing models — dynamic, value-based, segment-specific — that capture full value and prevent margin leakage.
• Developing customer segmentation models: scoring, tiering, value allocation and cost-to-serve analysis.
• Creating commercial forecasting models for revenue, volume and margin.
• Owning the performance dashboard: KPIs, reporting and insight packs that surface what's working and what's not.
• Tracking implementation progress of commercial initiatives and surface execution gaps early.
• Translating data into actionable recommendations on pricing, segmentation, portfolio focus and resource allocation.
• Leveraging AI and digital tools to continuously raise insight quality and speed.

About you

• 2 - 5 years of experience in a commercial, analytical or consulting role — B2B industrial or manufacturing (essential)
• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or equivalent (or Bachelor's with strong analytical track record) (essential)
• Proven ability to build models — pricing, segmentation, cost to serve, forecasting — using Excel, Power BI, CRM and AI/analytics to drive commercial decisions (essential)
• Analytically sharp, commercially grounded, business-oriented mindset.
• Curious, structured, AI-aware — with the ambition to grow into broader commercial leadership.
