Application Process

It’s important we get to know each other and feel confident to advance on the vision we all share.

Pre-Selection
We’ll need some time to evaluate your skills and experience and to discuss your application within our teams. If we think you might be a good match, we’ll contact you to talk about the next steps.

In addition to comparing your qualifications with the position you applied for, if you are not selected for the graduate program, we always check to see if your profile meets other vacant positions.

Assessment & Interview
We base our assessment on three activities that are designed to give us good insights beyond your current knowledge. It's gives you the chance to reveal your future potential. 

  • Step 1: Talent assessment (online)

We use a smart, digital platform to assess your personality traits and situation-based response.

  • Step 2: Video interview

We welcome applications from young graduates across many different countries. To give everyone the same opportunity, the next step is to meet for an online interview. Be sure to read our Preparation Tips [hyperlink to section 3] well in advance of your interview!

  • Step 3: One-day assessment 

After a successful interview, you will be invited to attend a one-day event. As well as being an incredibly important part of the selection process, this gives you a great chance to meet some of your potential new colleagues. During the day, you will experience both individual and group activities. Do you have what it takes to lead a team out of the escape room?

Selection
If the interviews and assessment activities indicate that you are the ideal candidate, we’ll make you an offer with a salary proposal and confirm the start date for your new job.

Once you accept the offer and sign your contract, you are officially part of our Young Graduate Program. We will kick off your onboarding even before you start, and make sure you have a personal point of contact in your country who will stay in touch with you regularly.
